Who we are
We are a family owned company that prides our service on helping eliminate as much stress from your life during a high stress time. We will come in trash out, set up, price, and conduct an estate sale for you. Then we will also pack up, donate, get you a donation slip, and sweep and vacuum your home clean so that your real estate agent can come in and sell your home. You get all of these services for one flat fee.
We work on a sliding fee base. This means there are no cost to you until the sale is complete. Whatever we agree upon as a split for your sale is all we get paid after the completion of your sale. There are no hidden fees. Everything is upfront and set out in your contract before we ever begin any work. So this means, if we don't make you any money, we won't get any money either.
NonProfit AdditionVeterans & Families in Need
We also have a nonprofit that serves Veterans and Families in Need. So if you just need to make a donation, we take all household and clothing items. We will even come pick it up for you. You always get a tax deductible receipt. With all our donated items we give away to veterans who need them as well as families in need. We will sometimes sell some items to gain funds to pay bills for these individuals or supply them with food.

IT'S UP TO USChange
This past month we served 3 veterans with furniture, food, bills and two families in need. The families we helped were victims of the Arkansas floods and were looking to find affordable furniture to replace what they had lost. We are always helping to make a positive change in others lives.
